Membership renewal and new member registration will only be available through EntryEeze. We adding electronic signatures this year for the Membership Application Signature Form**.
There will be NEW & UPDATED policies to be aware of, please take time to read the Membership Handbook thoroughly.
You are responsible to know what that document outlines regarding "Membership in Good Standing".
**IMPORTANT: Each renewing and new member will need to complete an electronic version of the Membership Application Signature Form. Three family members renewing? That would be three forms; one per person! We can not process your renewal/registration with USFSA until we receive ALL the signature forms.
WHEN do you need to renew your membership?
DEADLINE FOR 2017: June 15, 2017. Late fees will apple after this date*.
Delaying your renewal may jeopardize your eligibility to participate in events you are registered, including test sessions and competitions.
PLEASE review the new and updated requirements for volunteer hours. Details are provided in the Membership Application Handbook. Signing up for and tracking volunteer hours has been simplified through using EntryEeze. You can access your sign-ups and track your hours through your personal dashboard.
